1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Skool Content Downloader (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Access Grant

Upon payment, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable access to use the Extension for personal use on the specific browser installation where the payment was made. This access is perpetual and grants lifetime use on that browser.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only download content you have legitimate access to through a paid or free Skool community membership
  • Use downloaded content for personal, offline learning only
  • Not redistribute, resell, or publicly share downloaded content
  • Not re-upload downloaded content to any platform, website, or file-sharing service
  • Respect content creators' intellectual property and copyright
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension
  • Not attempt to transfer, copy, or share your activation with others

4. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Skool Content Downloader is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Skool.com. By using this Extension, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for complying with Skool's Terms of Service and Platform Policy
  • You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Sharing, selling, or re-uploading downloaded content may violate both Skool's terms and copyright law
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from your misuse of the Extension or downloaded content

5. Pricing & Payments

Lifetime Access ($30): A one-time cryptocurrency payment (Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana) granting perpetual access to the Extension on the browser where the payment was made. Payments are verified directly on the blockchain.

6. Activation & Browser Binding

Your activation is tied to the specific browser installation where payment was verified. If you uninstall the extension or switch to a different browser, a new purchase is required. Activations cannot be transferred between browsers or devices.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and instant digital activation, all sales are final. Please ensure you understand the product before purchasing.

8. Access Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your activation without refund if you:

  • Violate any of these Terms of Service
  • Share, redistribute, or sell downloaded content
  • Attempt to transfer or duplicate your activation
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension
  • Engage in any activity that could harm our service or other users

9. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not affiliated with Skool.com or any video hosting provider. We do not guarantee that the Extension will work with all Skool communities or video hosting providers at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Extension or downloaded content. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Extension.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
